DIY = Do It Yourself

Why do it yourself when others could do it for me? (Juicing, cutting vegetables, etc.)


Simply because it's better for you if YOU do those things (if you possibly can).

When you take the initiative, you exert a power over the illness. That alone boosts the immune system.


Also doing your own research helps. Once you understand WHY something is good for you, you feel motivated to do it / take it. Educating yourself is very important. (Conversely too, knowledge gained by yourself gives you the strength to say NO when you need to reject Smoking, Meat, Dairy, Chemicals, Stress, etc.).
